By submitting an order or otherwise using OGSharpness ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
OGSharpness provides two commissioned, custom services: thumbnail/banner/profile-picture design, and Minecraft server development (plugins, setup, and custom features). Every order is a one-off commission — nothing is sold off-the-shelf.
The site itself was built with the help of AI-assisted development tools. The design and Minecraft-dev work delivered to customers is not AI-generated — it's built per order, as described above.
You must meet Discord's own minimum account age requirement to use this service, since logging in with a Discord account is required to place an order. We don't run a separate age check of our own — we rely on Discord's.
Orders are submitted through the forms on this site. All communication and delivery happens through the order's in-app chat and, where needed, Discord — we don't currently offer a phone or email support channel.
This site does not process payments. There is no in-app checkout, no third-party payment processor, and no merchant of record involved. Payment for an order is arranged directly between you and us, out-of-band from this site.
Each order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise agreed before work begins. Additional revisions beyond that can be requested and may be accommodated at our discretion.
To request a refund, contact us through Discord or at me@ogsharpness.cc as soon as possible. Since payment is arranged directly between you and us and not through this site, refunds are returned the same way the original payment was made.
Once an order is complete and paid for, you receive full usage rights to your delivered thumbnail, banner, or other design asset. We may showcase completed work in a portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. For Minecraft server development, ownership of the delivered configuration, plugins, or code transfers to you on delivery.
Don't submit order requests for anything illegal, infringing, hateful, or abusive. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order on this basis. Automated/abusive use of the site (e.g. spamming the order forms) is rate-limited and may result in the request being blocked.
THE SERVICE AND ALL DELIVERED WORK ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the site or chat, and we don't guarantee that delivered work will meet every expectation you had going in beyond what was explicitly agreed for the order.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. Under no circumstances are we liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or warranties, so some of these limits may not apply to you — in that case, they apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may refuse or cancel an order at any time, including after payment, subject to the refund terms above.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
