Solely to provide the ordering, chat, and delivery service, and to notify us (the admin) when a new order comes in, a new message is sent, or an order's status changes.
We send a notification — including order and message details — to a private Discord channel via a webhook, every time a new order or chat message comes in, so we don't miss anything. We don't use any ad networks or third-party analytics/tracking on this site. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
We use one functional session cookie, needed to keep you logged in. It's not used for tracking or advertising, which is why this site doesn't show a cookie-consent banner — strictly necessary functional cookies like this one are generally exempt from that requirement.
Your order data (including its chat history and any attachments/deliverables) is kept until the order is deleted, at which point its messages, attachments, and deliverable files are all removed. Deleted data can still exist in our nightly backups for up to 14 days afterward, as part of normal backup retention.

Deleting your account permanently removes your customer record and every order you've placed, including its chat history, attachments, and any delivered files. This is a real, immediate deletion we can perform on request — not just a formality — though as noted above, a copy can still exist in our nightly backups for up to 14 days afterward. This isn't a self-serve button on the site itself; it's carried out by us once you ask.
If you're in the EU/EEA or UK: our legal basis for processing your data is performance of a contract (fulfilling your order) and legitimate interest (the admin notifications described in section 3, which are necessary for us to actually run the service). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
This service requires a Discord login, and Discord itself requires accounts to meet its own minimum age requirement. We rely on that as our practical age floor and don't knowingly collect information from anyone who wouldn't already meet it.
The site is served over HTTPS. Session cookies are set httpOnly so they can't be read by page scripts. Admin access is protected by a hashed password.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
